Enhance the performance of your mower with the Ariens 42-Inch IKON Mulch Kit, engineered to turn grass clippings into nutrient-rich mulch rather than leaving them to be collected or discharged. Manufactured in the USA and built to ANSI standards, this kit offers a practical way to promote a healthier lawn while reducing maintenance time.
The system uses specially designed mulching blades together with an enclosed baffle arrangement that keeps clippings circulating beneath the deck. As the clippings are repeatedly cut into smaller particles, they break down more quickly and are returned to the turf, helping to feed the soil naturally and improve lawn appearance.
Supplied as a complete package, the kit contains three mulch blades, three steel baffle assemblies, all necessary fitting hardware, and detailed installation instructions, allowing for straightforward setup.
Compatible with selected Ariens IKON and Gravely ZT X and XT XL models equipped with 42-inch decks (2025 onwards), this mulch kit is an excellent choice for achieving a tidier finish while reducing grass waste. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for your mower, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to confirm compatibility.
